Composite safey toe footwear is rated ASTM F2413-18 I/C/. This footwear is non-metallic and undetectable in electronic security environments.
Footwear labled Static Dissipating (SD) meets or exceeds ASTM F2413-18 SD standards for Static Dissipative Type 1 footwear. These shoes are designed to minimize the buildup of static electricity while maintaining high enough resistance to help protect against live electrical circuits.
These ASTM F2413-18 PR footwear products include a puncture resistant plate that reduces the possibility of injury caused by sharp objects penetrating the bottom of the of the footwear.
Metatarsal guard footwear has an additional protective cover over the metatarsal bones or instep area of the foot, which can be internal or external. All met guard footwear meets ASTM F2413-18 Mt/75 standards.
These safety footwear styles contain no metallic components, allowing the wearer to pass through security checkpoints without removing them.
Footwear designed for the diabetic foot featuring extra depth in the interior to reduce heat and friction on the foot. This extra depth also allows for the accommodation of an orthotic insole if prescribed.
