If within 12 months of purchase, a defect occurs in a recommended Work Wear footwear product as the result of normal use in its intended environment; Work Wear will repair the defect or exchange the product. The amount of the credit will be determined in Work Wear’s sole judgment.

If a recommended product defect occurs as the result of normal use in the intended environment within 6 months after purchase, Work Wear will repair the defect or issue a store credit for the purchase price. If a recommended product defect occurs as the result of normal use in its intended environment after 6 months of purchase, Work Wear may, at its option, issue a fair and reasonable credit up to but not exceeding 50% that can be applied to the purchase of Work Wear Safety Shoes footwear products. Recommended product failures caused by excessive or abusive wear conditions do not qualify for exchange or purchase credit. This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. No adjustment will be given without the original receipt of purchase.
