Work Wear Safety Shoes Named one of the Best Companies to Work For in Fort Worth for the 2nd Year in a Row

Fort Worth, Inc. Magazine just released its list of 2020 winners

At a ceremony on Thursday November 12th, 2020, Fort Worth Inc. magazine announced its list of the Best Companies to Work For in Fort Worth. This is the fourth year that Fort Worth, Inc, part of Panther Media which also publishes the popular Fort Worth and Fort Worth HOME magazines, has conducted this prestigious event.

The distinction is independently judged by the Best Companies Group, which assesses applicants for the contest in two segments. The first is an examination of company practices in everything from benefits, to diversity in recruitment and hiring; employee reviews; training, education and career development; leadership development and succession planning; communication and encouragement of employee feedback; employee recognition; and family-friendliness and work-life balance. The second is the result of confidential surveys by the Best Companies Group of each applicant’s employees on their views.
